Set it up

  1. Add Stripe as a data source in PostHog.

  2. Make sure your app sends the same customer ID or email that Stripe uses.

  3. Build one chart, such as weekly active paying customers, to check the match.

Watch out for

  • Without a shared customer ID, payments and users won't line up.
