Turn a won deal into an invoice
Re-typing client details and amounts from the CRM into accounting software is slow and causes mistakes. Creating the invoice from the deal keeps names, amounts and products the same in both places.

What happens
When
A deal is marked won in Pipedrive.
Then
- An invoice is created in QuickBooks from the deal's organisation, products and value.
- The invoice can be sent from QuickBooks, and its status is visible from the deal.
How the tools connect
With a built-in integration. Pipedrive lists QuickBooks as an integration on its website.
Set it up
Connect QuickBooks to Pipedrive from Pipedrive's marketplace or integrations page.
Match Pipedrive products to QuickBooks items so line items and tax come through correctly.
Create an invoice from a test deal, then delete it in QuickBooks.
Menus change, so these steps say what to do rather than where to click. Each company's help pages have the current screens.
Watch out for
- Agree who checks invoices before they go out. Automatic isn't the same as correct.
- Tax settings live in QuickBooks; set them up there first.

Send online shop sales to your accounting software
Shops with many small orders can't enter sales one by one. Syncing them gives you up-to-date revenue and sales tax figures.

Start a client onboarding project when a deal closes
The hand-over from sales to delivery is where details get lost. Creating the project from a template when the deal is won means every client gets the same first steps.

Bring card payments into your accounts
Matching card payouts to sales by hand is one of the most tedious bookkeeping jobs. Connecting your payment provider brings in transactions and fees so reconciliation is mostly matching, not typing.
