Put the form on your website
The form shows on your contact page, or opens as a popup.

Step by step
Open the Share tab
With the form published, open its Share tab to see the embed options.
Pick how it appears
Standard shows the form inside your page, Popup opens it over the page, and Full page makes the form fill the whole page.
Copy the code
Adjust the options in the preview (height, hide title, transparent background), then click "Get the code".
Paste it into your page
Paste the code into your contact page's HTML. Some website builders need a paid plan to add custom code; Tally has guides for WordPress, Webflow and others.
Good to know
- Edits to your questions update the embedded form automatically. Only style changes need the code copied again.
